Blueshine is liquor with a Maine twist!

Local Maine barley fermented in our handmade wooden washbacks and distilled in our copper potstill. When the 'shine is ready, we add a bucket of wild Maine blueberries and a touch of Maine maple syrup.. it's like liquid pancakes with a kick!
